Your Doctor may offer a way to login and see your medical Records online. You can use HealthHive's Integration tool to import copies of these Records from one or multiple Doctors, so that you have permanent copies at your fingertips.
What are Integrations?
Most likely your Doctor keeps your medical information in an Electronic Health Record (EHR). An Integration is basically an open line of communication from your Doctor's EHR to your Hive.
Every electronic health record is unique so while an Integration is always preferable it is not always possible. If it is possible an Integration will electronically import all the records that Provider has for you into your Hive.
How Do I Set Up An Integration?
1. Navigate to your Account Page.
2. Select go from the Integration box towards the bottom.
3. Enter the Clinic or Organization you have previously visited into the search bar.
4. Select the Clinic or Organization you are looking for from the list.
Don't see the office you are looking for? Let us know at Support@HealthHive.org.
5. Follow the instructions that are supplied by the Portal and our Integration Partner 1UP.
How Can I Check on The Status of An Integration?
On the Integration page, which you can navigate to via the Account page you are able to check on the real-time status of your Integration.
Should I Keep An Integration "Active"
If you plan on continuing to see a Doctor on a regular basis it is best to leave an Integration Active as it will allow your records to automatically populate into your Hive. If you plan on no longer seeing that Doctor it is fine to disconnect your Integration after you get all of the records you would like from it.
Who Can Set Up An Integration?
Integrations can be set up by anyone who is an Owner or a Co-Owner of a Hive.
