Activities help you and your Hive stay on top of what needs to be done so you can continue on your health and wellness journey. If you are working with one of our Provider Partners they will create a series of Activities for you to complete based on your Care Plan. You can also add your own activities, but more on that later.
REMEMBER: Tasks can only be completed and edited on the day they are assigned!
Where Can I Find My Activities?
On Your Home Page, a summary schedule of your Tasks. Depending on how many you have, this schedule will show you only a few tasks for each time period, but to view all your tasks select View All at the bottom (or from the main menu).
Completing Activities
Your Activities will all look a little different, depending on what needs to be done.
To-Do's simply require a quick checkmark to confirm that you have done the activity and select Submit.
Vital Tasks require you to enter the value for your vital and then click Submit.
You may also receive activities that remind you of appointments, ask you to rate your mood, pain, or even just how your day went.
Can't Complete an Activity?
If you can't complete a task on the day it needs to be done, it's ok. Simply select Can't Complete at the bottom of the Task, select the reason that best fits why you weren't able to complete it, and then hit Submit. Doing this will ensure you get credit for trying to do the Task.
Need to Change an Answer?
Don't worry! You can easily edit Tasks as long as it is still the same day. On your task page select the Circular Menu on the far right-hand side of the task and select Edit. If you have permission to edit the task you will be able to change the entered answer.
Assigning Tasks

Can HealthHive Send Me Task Reminders?
To receive reminders about your Tasks download the HealthHive Mobile App for apple or android. Once it's Downloaded you can go to the Account section and then the Preferences section turn on the toggles by the notifications you'd like to get. You must be logged into the app to receive Notifications, however, the App can be closed.
Creating Your Own Activities
You are also able to create your own activities on HealthHive. From the main Activities Page select the add activity button and then select the types of activities you'd like to add and their details.
