Seeing Patients in your EHR and not in HealthHive? Here are the most common scenarios that might happen and how to fix it.
Scenario: While Adding A Patient from your EHR
- Make sure you Search and Filters are set appropriately
- This list will only display Patient's in your EHR that do not have connected Hives. Try searching for that Patient's Hive within the Patient List.
- Select the Refresh List button at the top right. Once the list is refreshed Search again.
Scenario: From My Patient List
- Check those pesky filters and search bars.
- Try searching a partial part of the name; so instead of searching for Martha Roberts, instead, search for Martha.
