Lots of people care about the health and well-being of your Patients and Residents, here are some ways HealthHive can help you engage them even further.
Invite Them To the Hive
If you currently create Hives through an EHR integration, you are most likely already adding Primary or Responsible Party Contacts and Emergency Contacts as Hive Members automatically. If an email address is present when the Hive is initially created, or if it is added into the EHR at any point after, the Contact will receive an emailed invitation giving them access to the Patient's Hive. When you change their details in the EHR you will also see those detail changes reflected in HealthHive within the Patient Card section of the Patient or Resident in question. If you have an EHR integration it is CRUCIAL that you update your information directly from your EHR and not the Patient Card.
Resending Invites
From the Patient Card you can also resend invitations. Navigate to the Patient card and find the contact in question. By their name you should see a Resend Invite button; once pressed this User will re-receive their invitation.
*Please note that invites can only be re-sent every 10 minutes.
